We had such an awesome and warm experience here. Mark was an extraordinary person who treated us with so much kindness and was absolutely wonderful on explaining the establishment and the processes with creating the perfect bowl for every person. He takes pride in his work. The food was delicious and more than we expected :) will be coming back!

I was looking forward to introducing the fam to cup bop because I frequent the cup bop on Ft Bragg at least once a week. When we were at El Paso last week we stopped here to get some lunch. I was totally disappointed in the food. All our k-dogs were burnt, even the kids didnt like them. As for the cup bop they had a tiny bit of sauce and the noodles were thicker than I remembered, probably from over cooking. I only took a picture of the kdog. Came back to the fort bragg location today and it is a thousand times better. Pretty sad because this store in El Paso is in a great location. If the food, service, and atmosphere was as good as the one in Ft. Bragg I know theyde make a killing. Restraunt was empty by the way so it wasnt a time crunch mistake. The left picture (photo 1) is El Paso one I got and the right picture is of one I got at Ft. Bragg. Its hard to tell because of the deep fry, but the first photo was fried way too long which you can mainly tell by the cheese inside when its no longer a cheese pull and instead a cheese disappeared into the rest of the k-dog.

I fell in love with this place. The store is squeaky clean and the food is amazing! I was helped by the assistant manager Mark and he was very attentive and sweet. Explained everything in detail and made sure to give us the best service!

I had an amazing experience at CupBop! I ordered two beef bowls and two chicken & tofu bowls, and everything was absolutely delicious—the flavors were incredible, and the portions were just right. The staff was fantastic, providing great service and making the experience even better. A special shoutout to Mark for being so friendly and helpful! He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and he was so sweet to even smile for a picture. His kindness and positive energy really made our visit extra special. If you’re looking for flavorful, satisfying food with excellent service, this is the place to go. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This place was incredible, especially for our first time visiting! We live on base, & it was definitely worth the drive. Mark was professional, patient, & energetic, taking the time to explain the available deals & even offering us a military discount.🫡 My family ordered five different dishes, & each one was outstanding.🔥 We’re already planning our next visit & highly recommend checking it out!🤙🏽⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
